Pricing Info
Payments are accepted in form of cash, cheque or e-transfer. A minimum of six months will be collected up front, the remainder will be due when you pick up your stored item. If you choose to pay for 12 months up front, you will have preferred access for the next year. All Prices Subject to GST
Outdoor
Under 20 ft. = $45.00/month
21′-29′ = $55.00/month
30′-40′ = $60.00/month
Indoor
Under 10′ (golf carts, snow machines, etc.) = $75.00/month
11′-19′ = $150.00/month
20′-23′ = $175.00/month
24′-29′ = $195.00/month
30′-35′ = $225.00/month
36′-40′ = $325.00/month
Accessibility
There is no public access to the buildings. Boats will be dropped off and picked up by appointment only. With notice you may drop off or access your toy when in storage
Insurance
The owner is responsible for insuring their stored items. We are not responsible for theft or damage, even though it is highly unlikely. Further details outlined in contract.
Storage
You are responsible for winterizing your own equipment prior to drop off. We have excellent heated storage & spacious outdoor storage to accommodate any of your items.
Business Hours
As the building is not open to the public for security purposes, we do not have specific business hours. Please contact us to make an appointment for access.
